Proudly Supporting American Hometown Heroes

ENTERTAINERS

Bo Derek
Named by the Secretary of Veteran’s Affairs National Honorary Chairperson for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ National Rehabilitation Special Events – six annual therapeutic and rehabilitative events designed to help veterans overcome their disabilities through competition, the hallmark of rehabilitative programs in the nation. Served as Mistress of Ceremonies of the National Veteran’s Day Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.

John Corbett
“Helping our military back to work on the home front is one of the most important things we can do for our veterans. The American Hometown Heroes Program is a great opportunity for veterans with the entrepreneurial spirit to get their new businesses up and running.”

Ann-Margret
“You know, I’ve heard it said that America is more than a country. It’s a spirit – with a dream that lives in each of us. May we never forget the debt we owe to the courageous and honorable people of our armed services, who do the hardest jobs for the greatest cause…freedom. It is their blood, their fearlessness, and their fierce loyalty to freedom that allows the rest of us to be free to live those dreams. I am in awe of our men and women who serve our country every day to preserve our freedom and keep us safe… with so much courage, commitment, and with faith in this country and each other. I’d like to thank those who dedicate their time and energy to make a difference for these patriots of freedom… our Veterans.”

Dyan Cannon

GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS

California Senator Tony Strickland
“Military service men and women put their lives on the line protecting our freedoms every day. When these veterans return home, we need to do all we can to help them continue their record of success. The work American Hometown Heroes does is invaluable in providing quality professional advice and marketing assistance to our veterans.”

Mayor Jim Richardson
City of Solvang, California

“The American Hometown Project is a wonderful way to help America's Warriors reap the rewards of the democracy they fought to preserve. It will give them a leg up to enjoying success as a civilian entrepreneur and businessman.”

WELCOME HOME MILITARY HEROES

"American Hometown Heroes" is a wonderful program designed to help launch careers of our military men and women upon returning home to civilian life. This opportunity builds and sustains the morale of those who have served our country and those still fighting to defend freedom against the tyranny of terrorism, and communicates America's recognition and appreciation of their courage and commitment to our country. Welcome Home Troops is honored to support the "American Hometown Heroes" program.
